Clean Force represents a deliberate move
away from the “sheltered workshop” concept. We employ all
staff on award based wages and conditions, set out under an
enterprise work agreement and underpinned by a federal award.
Employees earn real wages for real work, while gaining confidence
and experience in a supportive working environment with real
career opportunities. We provide a stepping stone for people
to move from supervised employment to open employment. |

• Modifications to work flow, tasks, sites, equipment or hours
to match ability
• One-to-one support and supervision according to need
• Traineeships to achieve nationally recognised, accredited
qualifications
• Opportunities for ongoing employment and career progression
into supervisory roles
• Referral to employment services for job search support for
transition into the mainstream labour market.
• You may withdraw from the program when unwell and rejoin
when there is a vacancy.
This way, you get to maintain your work skills while developing
“work confidence”.
